Match Point – Existential Observations
...
We experience and remember the Reality that surrounds us based on our Individual Existential Sphere, and conditioned by Predetermined and Relative Space-Time, therefore by the Territory (family and social environment, historical period), and influences our Choices since conception, making us live our lives from a unique, but not less true, perspective.
Tennis is considered an individual sport, whoever enters the tennis court is the only player, and this is true during the match, doubles apart, and to the extent that he/she uses their Individual Rules:
-
if they are Infantile Rules, they will always be in a Relationship of Reciprocal Dependence with someone else (coach, parent, fans, country).
-
if they are Creator Rules, on the other hand, they will act as a Creatrix or Creator Adult, having acknowledged their Creator Individuality, their Talents and their own Needs and Purposes, regardless of the others, always with Mutual Respect.
However, this doesn’t mean having any people working with them (coach, athletic and mental trainer, physiotherapist, family members, collaborators) because, without their team, no professional tennis player might be able to maintain a high-level performance, constantly traveling around the world, going from one tournament to another, week after week.
Being a Creatrix or a Creator Adult means being completely Self-Responsible for your Choices and, consequently, your life. This involves evaluating the team members you work with to establish a Professional Couple Program between Adult Creators, that is, two by two, where Responsibility is 50% for each one (50% for the player and 50% for the coach or the athletic trainer, or the mental trainer, and so on).
This set of Professional Couple Programs form the Professional Social Family Program (the group of people that will support the player), whose Existential Objective is to help athletes perform at their best, for the Goal of winning more games, climb the rankings, earn more money, with the Purpose of creating individual professional credibility (Individual Professional Program).
In this brief and hypothetical exchange of thoughts, three male players and a female one talk with each other.
The first, Novak Djokovic is the eldest of three male brothers, born four and eight years after him.
With the birth of his second brother Marko, Novak becomes Existentially Imperfect for his Creator Parents, within their Private Family Program. So, he experiences the Risk of no longer being kept alive: he is a child who has seen his parents’ attention on him gradually been reduced in favor of the newborn.
The Infantile Individual Rule that he puts in place is proving to be useful to the family cause. He uses what is available in the Territory, a tennis court close to home, managed by a former female champion. It is an opportunity that he cannot miss: at a time of full Mental and Etheric-Physical development, 4-year-old Novak finds in his coach a second mother who takes care of him; in turn, he rewards her with his commitment and Purpose to become the best, the number one.
His new Infantile Individual Rule is,
-
"Winning keeps me alive".
In this way, he also gets the attention of his parents, who are proud of him and his achievements. For the child Novak, this is equivalent to
-
"They have no reason not to keep me alive”.
His childhood was marked by war between the populations that made up former Yugoslavia; in particular, the ethnic conflict between Croatia and Serbia tested his family union, considering that his father is Serbian, and his mother is Croatian. While never calling into question his loyalty to Serbia (Country Social Family Program), his family (Private Family Program) remains the primary element of Novak’s Identification.
