This takes place after the first P.E.C.c. Le Regole Nascoste della Vita® meeting, where she understands what Fundamental and Individual Rules she had put in place as a child, giving up on herself in favor of her family of origin, and the one that she would form when she turned eighteen, married to a man of solid economic and professional status, but also much older than she was.

 

Existing for other people results in the Need to control everything and everyone, to always be ready and not take Existential Risks.

As it will be better clarified later in this book, with time all the Infantile Individual Rules become less effective in making up for the lack of Recognition of our Creator Individuality, Needs and Purposes, with the consequent decrease in the Vital Energy needed to live. Hence, the Etheric-Physical Body weakens, and the Malaise Program is activated, which is necessary to warn us that something is wrong in our daily Choices. If these warnings are not acknowledged, we move on to the Disease.

 

The protagonist, understanding that her depression was a socially legitimized Strategy to have a break and go on vacation, spent the following month recharging, and then decided that she would come back, that is, she would be healed.
